PRE-CONFERENCE SESSIONS (NOVEMBER 29 AND 30)

Descriptions Fee
These sessions are only open to board members and board staff at public colleges in Ontario and part of the College Centre of Board Excellence program.  
Board orientation session (Saturday afternoon) $0
Governance Essentials sessions (Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning) $0
Governance Essentials - Advanced session, only open to external board members (Sunday morning) $0

Two-day conference excluding the Premier’s Awards gala
  • All conference proceedings (Sunday and Monday)
  • Summit kickoff luncheon (Sunday)
  • Networking reception (Sunday)
  • Luncheon with keynote speaker (Monday)
  • Access to the exhibit hall, all meals and refreshment breaks

  • Gala reception at 5:15 p.m.

  • Awards presentation and entertainment
  • Post-gala reception (cash bar)

Cancellation dates Refunds
Before September 30, 2026 Full refund less a $75 administrative fee per registration
From October 1 to November 1, 2026 50% refund of registration fees per registration
After November 1, 2026 No refunds - substitutions are allowed
